1:1 Premium Personal Training
The full personal training experience, just online.
We start with a thorough assessment so I understand exactly where you are and what you need; then we train together live over video so I can coach your form, check your technique and give you real-time feedback - exactly like working with a personal trainer in person, just from wherever you are in the world!
You can choose whether we train once, twice or three times per week, and the program evolves and progresses as you do.

1:1 Accountability Coaching
A structured 6-week recurring program for women who are motivated to train on their own, but want expert guidance and accountability to support them.
I build you a personalized program, we check in online at week 3 to see how things are going and adjust where needed, and then do a full reassessment online at week 6 to measure how much progress you've made!
Every 6 weeks the program renews and evolves with you.
Perfect for: Women who prefer to train independently but want a science-backed plan with real progressions and someone keeping them on track.

Group Workouts
Live weekly online group sessions with a small community of like-minded women, all working towards feeling stronger and more confident. Every session is strength-focused, fully coached and accessible no matter where you are in your fitness journey (or in the world!).
Can't make it? Every session is recorded so you can workout on your own time.

Based on everything you've shared, I build a training program specifically around your goals, your schedule and whatever equipment you have access to.

These are what most people ask before choosing a program.
You definitely don't *need* a gym for us to work together. Most workouts can be done with minimal equipment like resistance bands and/or dumbbells, but I’ll always customize your program based on what you have! With that being said, I do suggest having at least a set of resistance bands.
We'll meet on a video call, and I'll guide you through the whole workout that is personalized to you. I'll make sure your form is safe + correct, and give you feedback in real time so it feels like we're actually together! (Just no physical high-fives, unfortunately).
Everyone's results look different, but you can expect to feel stronger, more energetic, and more confident. The physical changes will follow when you set up those small, sustainable habits.
