This is what most people ask before choosing program!
You definitely don't *need* a gym for us to work together. Most workouts can be done with minimal equipment like resistance bands and/or dumbbells, but I’ll always customize your program based on what you have! With that being said, I do suggest having at least a set of resistance bands.
Everyone's results look different, but you can expect to feel stronger, more energetic, and more confident. The physical changes will follow when you set up those small, sustainable habits.
That's great! I was a nomad for years, so I know what it’s like to be in new places all the time (and how hard it is to plan your workouts if you don't know what's around).
That’s why online training is perfect - you can literally take me with you anywhere. All you need is an hour set aside, and we’ll get your workout done no matter where you are.
We'll meet on a video call, and I'll guide you through the whole workout that is personalized to you. I'll make sure your form is safe + correct, and give you feedback in real time so it feels like we're actually together! (Just no physical high-fives, unfortunately).
Absolutely! You don’t need any previous gym (or movement) experience to get started - that’s what I’m here for. I’ll walk you through everything step by step, so you feel comfortable and confident right from the beginning.
Of course! We can always change it up, depending on what you need. If you start with more support and then feel ready for accountability coaching later (or the other way around), we can definitely switch it up. It’s all about what works best for you and what feels best for you!
