With a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and certifications in personal training and nutrition, I build programs for nomads who are serious about staying strong and feeling good, no matter where they are in the world.

I've lived this lifestyle myself and I know that the biggest challenge isn't motivation, it's having a plan that actually works with the reality of life on the road.

About Me

Hey, I'm Shandi 👋

I've been exactly where you are. Showing up, doing your best, but constantly fighting an inconsistent schedule, unfamiliar gyms and the feeling that your health and fitness always takes a back seat when life on the road gets busy.

You enjoy being active and you know the basics, but there's a big difference between exercising and training with a real purpose. Without a structured plan that actually works for nomad life, it's easy to keep starting over every time your routine changes.

I've lived this lifestyle myself. For several years, I coached clients from vans, Airbnbs, and co-working spaces across the world. I know firsthand what it takes to stay consistent when nothing around you stays the same.

Together, we'll build a program with real progressions that travels with you, so every session has a reason behind it and you can feel yourself getting stronger week by week, no matter where you are.

These are what most people ask before choosing a program.

Do I need specific equipment or a gym?

You definitely don't *need* a gym for us to work together. Most workouts can be done with minimal equipment like resistance bands and/or dumbbells, but I’ll always customize your program based on what you have! With that being said, I do suggest having at least a set of resistance bands.  

How do online workouts actually work?

We'll meet on a video call, and I'll guide you through the whole workout that is personalized to you. I'll make sure your form is safe + correct, and give you feedback in real time so it feels like we're actually together! (Just no physical high-fives, unfortunately).

What kind of results can I expect?

Everyone's results look different, but you can expect to feel stronger, more energetic, and more confident. The physical changes will follow when you set up those small, sustainable habits.
