Free Outdoor Workouts in Hanna

I’m back in Hanna for a few weeks, and I thought it would be nice to offer some free group workout classes to both new and familiar faces. It will be a great way to start or end the day, and get some movement in while being with a fun group!
The workouts are completely free and accessible for anyone who wants to join. They’ll be a mixture of different bodyweight exercises/movements.
Each workout session will take about 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Have your workout clothes/shoes on and definitely bring a water bottle! It’s optional to bring a yoga mat/towel.
No, it’s free! However, if you really liked the workout, you are always welcome to leave a tip.
You don’t need to sign up in order to join the class. However, it would be nice as it gives me an estimation of who will be joining, and I will be able to reach out to you if needed.
