Have you ever taken a sip of water, and thought “ugh, not this again”? 🤢

The same, bland taste, every day. We drink it because it’s good for us, but why can’t it taste better? There has to be a solution for this right?

Tips on how to spice up your next glass of water.

Add Fresh Fruit

This is a simple, yet very effective trick to get more water into your day. Pick your favorite fruit (fresh works better than frozen here), cut it up, and throw them into your next glass of water. 😉

  • orange
  • lime
  • lemon
  • grapefruit
  • cucumber
  • strawberries

And the list goes on! There are endless possibilities here.

Try out a Soda Stream

These also have tonnes of different flavours, as well as that bubbly taste if you find yourself craving the carbonation of a soda. This one is definitely a little pricier if you don’t have the SodaStream yet, but may be worth the investment if you would use it all the time. It makes for a great change of flavour profile from the normal flat water.

Add Flavours to Your Ice Cubes

Here you can get really creative! You can take some fresh fruit and squeeze the juice out of it into an ice cube tray. Throw it into the freezer, and in a few hours, you’ll be able to take your water to the next level!

A nice, cold, extra refreshing drink of water.

Some fruits you can try doing this with include (but are not limited to):

  • pineapple
  • orange
  • grapefruit
  • mango

Change the Temperature of your Water

This may seem obvious, but sometimes changing the temperature of your drinking water is the key to enjoying it a little more. Some people love cold water, some like room temperature, and other may like warm or even hot water to sip on. Do what works for you.
